Founded in Paris in 1974, Decléor was born from a founding conviction: the skin rebalances itself sustainably when the power of essential oils is controlled by rigorous cosmetic expertise .
Going against the grain of conventional cosmetics at the time, the brand laid the foundations for a new approach to facial care, where essential oils became true functional active ingredients , acting on both skin quality and sensory balance.
A signature born from assembly
Originally, Decléor was called Cléor , the "golden key" to authentic beauty, true to itself.
From the late 1970s onwards, the brand launched products that became iconic, such as Aromessence and Night Balms , concentrated essential oils designed to meet specific skin needs.
For more than 50 years, Decléor has been developing a unique expertise: the selection, extraction and precise blending of essential oils , in order to create effective, affinity and perfectly tolerated synergies.
